Scroll bars help you move down a document. You usually have one that runs down the right side of your
document. Within this "track" is a bar that can go up or down the right side of the screen. To move the
bar, put the cursor on the bar, click and hold the left mouse button to pick up the button, and move it as
far as you want it to go.                   

You may also have a scroll bar that runs horizontally at the bottom of the screen. If your document is
wider than the screen shows, you may scroll across (left to right) to access various parts of it.
